I have been in the restaurant since I was 18. I started as a sever at a Country Club, got married and while pregnant I worked in the office doing bookkeeping. For years I worked in privatly owned restaurants and moved to the south where I started at Outback Steakhouse. My work ethic I feel is one of my best qualities. I have worked my way up over the years to GM in Fine Dinning.I I now feel I do my best as a FOH manager.
