What is your profession
I went to college at the University of Iowa not knowing exactly what I wanted to do. I earned a BA in Psychology and also received a minor in Business Administration. I have worked in restaurants since high school. When I was 16 I worked for my friends dad at a concession stand at the local sports complex, making food and running the cash register. Around the age of 20 I went to work at Applebee's as a server. After working there for 3 years on-and-off while away at college, I moved to Sullivan's Steakhouse. I serve there as well as shift lead. It is the same thing as "key hourly" and other similar titles. I enjoy it and hope to move to full-time management. Eventually I would like to open my own restaurant.
