I wanted to personally invite you to join our discussions in regards to cheeses at the Cheese Group on FohBoh. Every week we introduce a new cheese and invite you to find it in your area, buy it, try it and then dicuss it with us. We could use someone like yourself who could give us some good, positive feedback.
What's the concept for your pizzaria?
I love a good pie!
When I was five my job was to help sweep the floors in my parents pizza place. The family friend who showed them the biz has been now operating for 35 years in a town called Bolton Ontario. (Baffo's Pizza)
Here in Barrie a friend of mine has gone to Italy to study and when she gets back is opening an authentic pizza joint right in the heart of our downtown. (Can't wait!)
As far as "Chef to Chef" start a disscusion on what ever your into. Ask for advice, give opions, or just rant! It's a chance for us to all connect.
