So I'm pretty new to the Food Service industry, but hey, so what? I currently work for Access Group, a disposables manufacturer rep firm in California. I help restaurants, caterers, hotels, schools, hospitals, country clubs, (ya know, the whole foodservice industry) find paper/plastic/aluminum/hybrid products that either save or make them money, as well as help them go green with their packaging. We specialize in custom packaging, chain accounts, mom-and-pop shops, green products, catering, etc.
Anyways I wish I could say that I've been in the industry forever and had some kind of stature and all that, but I really can't. I'm a young guy; just graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a BS in Marketing. Now I live in Pasadena CA and I'm loving every minute of it.
