From a server, host, bartender, and expo to management, ordering, marketing, and hiring, I have served most roles in the restaurant and bar industry. I have been employed by all types of establishments from sports bar owned by independents to private golf clubs, to import, craft, and specialty beer bar, to corporate, multi concept companies. During this journey through the industry, I have learned and helped others learn about the many facets of running a successful establishment through experimentation, promotion, experience, and determination.
