started in the industry 1986 in a five star hotel - worked in the industry since, working for 10 years in places from 30 to 50.000 seats - owned a hotel with restaurant ( guide michelin recommended, featured in fine food magazins ), a italian ice cream parlor with 400 seats outdoor capacity and and a typical german beer pub- working as a consultant für 6 years now ....
