"I can't imagine sending our website out. We change it almost everyday to correspond with the new dinner and wine specials, pictures, banquet calendar, staff schedule and all that. The specials are always added to the Facebook Page as well.…"
"FohBoh is telling insistent, and sometimes irate, customers on the phone that window and patio tables are on a first-come first-serve basis, and we cannot promise them a particular table, all the while keeping a smile in your voice."

I have been working in the office at Piper Restaurant for over 23 years. Piper was originally The Sandpiper, a fine-dining restaurant. I work on the web site, menus, ads, the social networking and many other duties. Being a former dance instructer, dancing is what I love most, though now mostly in my living room.

I was wondering if you wouldn't mind taking a little time to complete a survey for my group project? I am a student at California State University, Fullerton and my group & I are conducting a survey to understand how restaurant owners/managers engage in online or electronic marketing. The following survey should take about 5 minutes to complete and your feedback will provide us with invaluable information for the research report we are preparing for Dr. Susan Cadwallader’s Strategic Marketing course..
Your response is greatly appreciated and individual responses will be held in the strictest confidence.
Thanks in Advance!

wow i'm very sorry to hear about the domino effect. I checked out your face book page and i love the pelicans.
I'm not quite sure what your target market is but a couple more personable pics on your fan page would help people 18-25 know you on a personal level.
Also status updates outside the scope of your restaurant could help give your fan page a personable feel.
I really like the gluten free menu.
I actually spend a lot of my day around children who are on gluten free diets.
A lot of children with disabilities are on gluten free diets and there are many search engines and social networks on the web where parents hang out and chat about different activities.
You can direct those parents to your menu and see what they think. It could be a very niche market.
Many children with autism are on gluten free diets so that could be a keyword when searching for different ways to find your target market.
Must have been the same storm that ravaged through here Friday evening. We too were without power from 7:30 p.m. Friday (killed dinner business) through Saturday mid-day. Hope phone lines get repaired for you soon and that the weather stays calm (if not tropical) for awhile!
I am glad to see your updated profile as you added many interesting items of information about yourself. I know that your restaurant must be in full swing by now.
With the heat wave thoughts turn to the cooler climes of the lakefront. Mother Nature making your marketing much easier. :)
