I've done just about everything in a restaurant from washing dishes in a seafood shack to Maitre D' in a 4 Star hotel. When I finally finished B school I decided to not work 80 hour weeks anymore.
Alas, my love for food and wine kept me close to restaurants and I ended up in the wine trade. After 11 years in distribution I left to help build a brokerage portfolio of fine wines from around the globe.
