My team runs the Western Foodservice and Hospitailty Expo in CA, the Forida Restaurant and Lodging Show in FL, and the International Restaurant and Foodservice Show of New York. We produce all aspects of the events in Partnership with the state associations. I have been connected to the Restaurant and Foodservice Industry over the past 15+ years from the trade show side and on the distributor side.

I was recruited years ago- however there is a trade show , association, and publication- all involving events- for everything- start googling and you'll probably find exhibition companies in your backyard.
LOL- gotta jump- i have a few hours of 2008 strategy documents to write.
