A few weeks from now I will open my first business venture, a restaurant I put up with some friends which we call “Green Tomato”. The place will serve classic Italian dishes at a price any middle-class earner can afford. Excited I may be, but I am also under extreme duress as the big opening day comes near. In fact, my life has never been this chaotic. I have to spruce up the tables, talk to suppliers, list invites and on top of all these, I have to finish my final term paper in culinary school. Please help. If you can share tips on restaurant management, I'll be deeply grateful. I promise to include your name in the guest list.
