I grew up in the food business. Food service is one of my professional passions. Spending years in the restaurant industry, I’ve learned to think outside the box. My skills specifically center on restaurant and food service marketing. As part owner of an advertising company, at age of 22, I experienced satisfaction sitting down with chefs and business owners brainstorming food service new and innovative marketing promotions.
The food industry is about collaboration with people: employees, vendors, clients and customers. Food is something everyone loves. As a consultant and business coach at Food Service Advisor (FSA), I execute food service plans that secure desired results in food industry marketing and operations.
At FSA food service profitability my number one objective. I also use social media and networking tools are as part of an overall food service marketing and operations strategy. My goal is to make each customer a friend. This is one of the best perks of my job.
