I'm a runaway from the corporate world. It only took me 20 years to discover what I wanted to be: a Pastry Chef. I have traveled all over the world and I couldn't tell you what the meetings were about, but I can tell you in exquisite detail what the food was like. I have just finished Culinary school and I'm looking at launching my own Pastry supply business. I have a small private business on the side- mostly cakes and cookies- special orders. I'm also working in a really cool small wine/cheese shop that also sells French Pastries. LOVE IT!
